Before joining WAMU, Richard was National Affairs Press Secretary for Sen. Frank Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Press Secretary for the Senate Subcommittee On Children, Families, Drugs And Alcohol.
He has been a member of The Capitol Steps for 18 years.
